Default 98 dc2 tire issue

so i recently blew both front wheels, now passenger axle grinds a bit. tires are a bit small and low, would bigger tires help? any ideas?

It looks as though those tires were undersized for the wheels.

For a 1998 Integra, the stock size is 195/55/15, if you have a GSR. You'll want to stick to a tire size that's within 3% of the overall diameter of your stock tire size, to ensure proper functionality of the rest of the car's components.
