Where to get these...
an old ecu of your current series for the female......... and plugs with wires for the males from whatever series car you are converting to from a junk yard car
.......... those are what i used to make 5 of those jumper harnesses

040/070 Series Hybrid I/O connector made by the AMP/TYCO company. and they really dont like small orders. just by a obd2/obd1 cov. harness and cut it in half. its a hell of a lot easier.
yea i mean you can get them all the way down to like $59 now and all the ones ive made ended up being about 30 or so in the spare ecu i needed to buy and then i had to find the male plugs....... not counting the good 5-6 hours it takes to sit down and make the damn things
its almost worth it to just pay the 59 for one

what do you need these for?how many do you need?
my old roommate works for Advance and was able to get Tyco to send him a few samples of the appropriate OBDI plugs for free
i think they wanted to sell a minimum of 100.

thanks for the response guys; Im a dumbass though.
I didnt check my ecu before posting this... I have a 92 hatch with a d16y7 swap. Didn't do it myself, and I assumed (stupid, I know) that it would be running the p2e. Turns out its a p06... auto p06. Gah. Which is a relief, because I couldn't figure out the CEL (didnt check it though -- just tried the basics). Anyways, I'm hacking up the ecu now, very easy conversion and hopefully that will set me koacher.
Thanks all.
