where to get sharp radius pipe bends?
hey guys
i'm looking for ultra sharp pipe bends in steel or stainless. specifically a 2.5" bend. does anyone know where i can get something like that? most mandrel pipe bends have a long radius...i need something short for a tight fitting down pipe. short of having someone do pie cuts i'm not sure if there is anything available?
something similar to this aluminium bend from atp turbo but obviously not aluminium: http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant...egory_Code=PPB

saw that...those U pipes look like normal bends...looking to see if there is anything available even sharper/shorter radius.....
U bend is as tight as it gets- 180*, They are far from normal .These are sectioned out for what your looking for.
I purchase all that for the fact to cut apart and get "tight" radius
Segmenting these together creates the tight angles.

Every time I think about tight bends I think about this build I saw.
I am trying to accomplish something simmilar what you see here.
Is this what you consider Pie cuts?

Yes....those are pic cuts but it seems like a huge waste of time since none of those bends are really that tight where they couldn't use normal bends.

Definitelly not a waste of time. That entire build is all titanium so that was bascially the only option next to paying prob $100+ dollars per bend, thats if you can even find them
that might just work out perfectly.....where to order from?
hmm....just came across this that also might work out really well from SPA turbo USA:

now i just gotta find out the dimensions of the turbo outlet of a garett t3/t04 57-trim stg3 .63a/r to see if it will line up.....
