what type of manderal bends do u use to custom fab an exhaust header?is there some particular tube i need t oask for? or some place were i can easily purchase some bends? thanks

 

Honestly, you could search for about 5 mins and figure this out. If you don't have an idea what you need than you probably aren't up for teh task.

I'll bite anyway. You will most likely need some 16g 304 stainless mandrel bends(or mild steel) in something around 1.5-1.75. depending on any number of things that I don't even know.

Search for "cheap mandrel bends" in welding and fab archived to see some posts about who sells them.

 

thanx. i sorta kinda had an idea because i custom fab my charge pipes with same kind of pipes. i just didnt wanna custom fab some headers to find out that the metal i used wasnt the right ones.. thanx for the help..
