at my work we use rustlick 250r in all the machines. seems to do a great job. a skimmer would be a great saver of the coolant itself. although the machine i run is horribly overdue for a change the oil needs to be skimmed off about once a week by hand because we have no skimmer for some unknown reason on it.

You should look at either hangstefers or trim cutting products. both work really well.

Run Hangstefers here and have had good luck w/ it. Best of all it doesnt have a nasty stinky like some other coolants.

We run 76 Koolkut II HD. Nasty **** that will cause rashes on your arms if you get it on your sleeves. Works really well though.

i know on the machines that actually have had it changed recently they only have to vacuum off the scum and oil once a month about or so. the issues with mine is its 150 gallon tank so changing it is quite involved hence the 2 year period since the last change.
