Default What is this called?

What is the name for this part?

The flexible jiont where the header meets the Catalytic converter. With the donut gasket, and the sprung bolts.

I need the raw connection, as on the converter.

Kteller has them in 2.5" Some people call them collector flanges, some donut flanges. I tried for a local source and eventually just ordered them online when I got tired of trying to explain to the kids at local shops what I needed.
