welding order learning to weld

Default welding order learning to weld

I as trying to work up to welding cages with a wire feed

I think start on 2 flat pieces

then move onto 2 pieces put together like a L

then a tube onto a flat plate (like a base plate)

then onto tube to tube welding in a T shape.

then onto tube to tube welding at diffrent angles

then trying a practice cage on this is junky car I've got

how does this order sound to you guys?

Lots of flat pieces for a while. Honestly I don't know why people start doing pipe so early.

Start with butt welds, fillet welds, and lap welds.

Pipe is quite a bit harder than flat, yes.
