Welding flex pipe
Any tips am having hard time welding these things. Flanges,o2 bungs, joints are fine but flex pipes hard time any tips/advice

Shouldnt be any different than anything else..... if one piece is thicker than the other. focus on the thicker metal more so then the other.

Rule of thumb do not use any filler rod bigger than your base metal. You will put way to much heat into the weld and can easily burn through.
