Titanium does have a very high strength point. But when it reaches this point, it breaks completly, rather than just bend. Not a very good materal for a roll bar. Besides the expense, it would be extreamly unsafe in the event of a wreck. (most of the same reason they don't make roll bars out of carbon fiber)
