Bolt-in, maybe, but pointless. Weld in, no (argon chamber, not possible w/ tig to weld titanium to steel.)

Titanium does have a very high strength point. But when it reaches this point, it breaks completly, rather than just bend. Not a very good materal for a roll bar. Besides the expense, it would be extreamly unsafe in the event of a wreck. (most of the same reason they don't make roll bars out of carbon fiber)

 

whats with people and this hard on for titanium. its applications are very small and they don't involve hondas.... at least not any below the F1 level.

 

Titanium is not a legal material for most sanctioning bodies.
