Default Titanium

I have an Amuse titanium exhaust system. I have had it for a few months and probably less than a thousand miles. The bottom of the resonator is changing and showing signs of excessive heat or some kind of degredation. My EGT never went about 780 degrees. Anybody want to venture a guess what is going on.
I had the system rewelded once and now it's blown out again.

Looks to me like there is a chamber causing excess heat in the resonator. Is the resonator straight through design? If so, then the excess heat may be causing the Res. to warp. Titanium gets pretty soft when heated...
