TIG Help
I picked up a TIG about a week and a half ago LINCOLN Electric; please don't hassle me about my choice in machines.......and I was wondering about creating that stacked effect, I have no problem running beads trouble is that I can't stack them as much as I would like to.... I will post pics of the welds when I go to a friends, cause my comp (MAC another odd brand) always seems to screw up loading the images when I post on a bulletin........ Thanks For the Helps Guys!

Not my best attempts at passes, was low on tungsten; benchgrinder broke one of my pieces in half so I was only left with like two inches and didn't feel like driving to the supply store before class......
Anways the welder is Electrode Size: 3/32 Not Grounded because of the afforementioned crap that happened
Welder Settings: 60 Amps DCN
Metal Thickness and Type: 1/16" Some Crap *** Scraps from a friend
All help and input is greatly appreciated

Use 1/16" tungsten when welding something that thin. 60 amps may be just a tad bit low, but not too bad. And the fact your tungsten wasnt sharpened is your problem.
As for the stacked dime effect...its all about adding the correct amount of filler at the correct time...it comes with practice.
