Anyone tried to make there own, im in school and i get all the equipment and metal and supplies for free so i pretty much have the fab world at my finger tips. So I was thinking about making up my own strut bar. I already have the perches drawn in autocad and ready tp cut out, but im a little curious on the bends of the bar and possibly any measurements you guys might already have. Thanks

 

i made my own and i think the turned out awsome. i made them out of 1x2 square tubing and 1/4 plate steel. stiggened the car up a whole bunch.

 

I love stiggening things.

CBURKE makes his own stuff. I talked with a few people on one of the forums taht he is on. They say his stuff is pretty firm. (no not a gay joke lol) and its nicely made too
