Yeah that passwordjdm is aluminum. I think tomorrow I will go to my local metal supply and check out what they have. I would like stainless but I am worried about weight. I weld stainless very well and haven't ever tried aluminum.

you could use Streamline tubing.

pretty expensive.
can also look at Bicycle tubing sellers.
can get cool stuff like Reynolds chromo tubing, butted tubing, easton aluminum tubing, in oval, round, etc. (top and down tubes)

Yeah, it is going to be for my personal use to begin with. If it comes out the way I want and have time to make them I will sell them.
