Default some recent fab work

The car is a volkswagen R32 converted to a 4 cyl 1.8t that will race in the canadian rally series. The motor has rods and pistons and runs a GT3071R . The motor has made 250whp with a 34mm restrictor in the old rally car. Any ways fabed up
2 1/2 " al intercooler pipes , mounted the new/used bigger intercooler, 3" ss downpipe and installed the new SEM Motorsports cast intake manifold which should add to some needed hp. Here,s a couple of pics of the setup and will post more as the car comes along.

Im sure the class is limited to 4 cyls and the R32 is a factory AWD platform.

The customer rented out his old car for a rally and the guy rolled it so basicly he needed a shell. It was perfect timing as i had a shell with rear drive train left over which we made a deal for . His old 4wd system was the sycro drivetrain, the R32 stuff is Haldex which is 100 times better . It was a win win situation , he has a rally car that could win races and i have room for 1 more car......

I believe in FIA rules they require 1mm ~ .039", we typically use .05".
