Default Simple software for designing brackets?

Looking for a simple and inexpensive method to draw brackets on a computer, set bolt hole locations (with crosshairs for center punching purposes) and print them to transfer onto flat sheet/plate. Thanks in advance

I have all kinds of software ranging from a couple hundred bucks to 25 grand. And the easiest one is free. Check out this web site:

I designed plug covers and all kinds of other stuff with this software. You can import/export to autocad also.
