so im getting pretty good with my welding skills
i want to put a roll bar in my hatch
i have some square tubing in my garage

would it be bad to make roll bar out of square tube?

whats some of your guys in put?

I have seen several square tube space frames before, and I can say, with exception to one of those, nothing good ever came from those vehicles.

The one good one didn't use the square as roll over protection.

I'd say you're going to get about 20 responses of "That's a horrible idea. Do it up!"

use round tubing, its alot stronger....like others advised do not use square tubing...
