rhd drive/firewall question

Yes you can use a mig, all you really do is spot weld. I dont think people would want to lay full on beads because it would distort the metal to much.

I have taken left hand harness and made them right hand and vise versa.

mig is perfectly fine. acutally better in my opinion cuz you gotta fill those spotwelds and grind em down anwyays.

I have a 94-95 dc2 gsr front clip right hand drive
..im pulling the swap out for my crx but am selling the rest of the clip with the firewall,brake booster and master cylinder, dash and all baby! im asking 400 and will take pics as soon as i get it out but would like a local picp up or anyone to drive to get it because if u ship it, its gonna eat u alive with shipping!. im not sure of the color yet but if anyone is interested i live in sacramento california. This swap isnt to bad theres a post on here with pics and process on a dc2. my buddy has a RHD DC2 and damn its nice.

well if you do decide to do it, and anybody that has done it, please post pictures, I'm buying one soon, (a RHD conversion car) but how is it done right? where there isn't flaws like someone said banging when you go down a drive way... what's that about?

its really a tight fit... you have to squeez or section out the whole entire front clip and tack it back together...
what i did is section out the fender a bit... and trimmed the upper dash about half a inch and cut the bottom a bit... because it wasnt the stiffest part and im just gonna tack it back on...
i gueess im fabbing my ****... but at least i did it my self... LOL ill take pix later...
