i know there has been alot of theres latly but heres the first manfiold i made, and another t4 collector, let me know what u guys think

didnt bend any of the pipe, they are sch. 10 304L weld elos in either a 90 or 45 degree

there is a serious flaw near the end of the weld in the 2nd pic. Other than that it looks ok.

Where did you get those 12pt nuts for the exhaust studs? Are they stronger than the 6pt ones? How do they hold up?

Agreed. Undercut/lack of fill will greatly reduce the life of that joint.
Easy fix though really, just go over it again with some filler and argon inside again.
In the very last pic there is some undercut as the weld goes around the corner,(right side as viewed) just watch your electrode angle when welding thick-thin. Always cater to the thicker pieces just a little bit.
Constructive critiquing, no offense. You are doing well. I'm the farthest thing from perfect, but I did get better with some pointers!

i noticed exactly what u are talkinga bout, iv only been welding for about 3-4 mouths now so any input is great, i try making the turns without stoping but its gets tricky for me anywaz...

Well it does a little. You can pull it off to the side of the weld. I was more talking about the spot up and to the right of the center of the fisheye that looks as though there is no fusion to the edge of the groove. Looks as though the end of the weld stops right before the start of the previous one. Just weld a little further so you get it all tied in nicely.
