radiator core support
i was just wondering what is the easiest way to remove and replace a radiator core support for a 95 del sol? please let me know, or any refered sites...thanks

Very carefully. J/k.
Basically pretty straighforward. If you can, get a spot weld drill bit.
Otherwise, basically get a machinist's punch, and centerpunch each of the spot welds that hold the core support to the frame (about 30 or so). Probably isn't a bad idea to start with a small bit, drill all the way through, then get a bigger bit and only cut through the upper layer(s). Use a screwdriver to wedge inbetween the sheets and it will pop when you've cut far enough, or you can pop it with the screwdriver after you've cut it a bit. I also use a air hammer/chisel, works pretty good. Doesn't take long to remove.
