Default Quarter panel replacement

Like a lot of people I have the typical Honda rust over the rear quarter panels of my hatch. I bought replacement panels that need to be welded on (not the full quarter panel but the cheapo replacement panels that covers right over the wheel),
I was wondering how much it would cost to pay a welder to weld something like this on from anyone who has experience with this.
This rust has been holding me back from making any progress on my project, it really blows.

Thanks.

you could get it ready yourself... cutting out the old rusty metal.. and punch flanging what you've got.. if you have the right tools.....It took me a couple months to finish mine since i really didn't have the time to work on it a lot.. believe it or not i've heard of people using a special glue to put them in... I know it sounds crazy.. but i talked to a fella that used it and said it worked great.. You wouldn't have to worry about distortion.. but i'd get a professional opinion if you decide to go that route..
