Default Problem with CRX

i have a crx HF and i need to put a rear swaybar on it, but there are no nuts on the frame.

should i just weld the brackets to the frame or weld some nuts and make it like OEM?

welding it to the frame isnt a big deal, just tac it up first and remeasure. undercoat thoroughly when you are finished.

Not sure about HF but I'm pretty sure there should be holes back there for the rear brackets. I know both of my civic and rexs had them both DXs. The holes were covered with road grime and undercoating but they are there.

A lot of the cars did not have the holes. I have had to drill holes myself on several cars to fit a factory fitting sway.
