i ordered up a bunch of piping/flat sheet from titaniumjoe to make a full exhaust for my bike. the sheet showed up first so i wanted to give it a shot.
i've never touched titanium before this.
just a fusion weld since the rod hasnt showed up yet.


using a CK 300 series water cooled torch with a 1 1/8" cup and gas lens.

 

Pulsing with pedal or machine? Looks like 1pulse/second or so.
Smoother is better. The gas coverage looks good though.

Yeah, especially for learning. You have to get the feel for the puddle.

 

its def more like welding aluminum rather than stainless. cools down quick!

 

Is that an Audison amp under the table? Looks tons better than my welds.
