depending on what you need it might just be easier to buy a bender and buy the pipe locally

You don't want a cage built from 90s and straights! Depending on what you're doing look at different sanctioning bodies rules for help with designing a cage. Is this for drag racing, road racing, or just to get "the look"?

Are you going to do a full cage, or just a roll bar?

Either way, the main hoop will have to be made from one piece of tubing from the floor on the left to the floor on the right. Something like this:

I would look into some pre-made kits to see what's available if you don't have the tools to bend tubing like that. Like SleepinEP3 said, look at whats available at http://www.safedrives.com

When it comes to safety items it's just not worth it to 1/2 *** it. It could end up worse than not having anything at all.

Also look at http://www.ioportracing.com for bolt-in autopower and http://www.kirkracing.com

You can also do some searching around on the road race/Autocross forums for what others are running.

also make sure you use the right tubing. most sanctioning bodies are requiring DOM tubing to be used now rather than ERW

Cages dont have to be manrel bent and you dont need a cage for autocross, its just extra weight.
