Hey Guys,

Im looking for exhaust pipe material. Stainless 304 and Ti in various diameters from 1 5/8ths to 2" but no wall thickness greater than .049" or 18 guage. I would prefer it to be .035"...........

Im drawing a blank, I know its not impossible to find Ive seen some in .028" but I cant find anyone to supply. Have tried ACE and Metal Supermarket to no avail.

Im looking at picking up more than a couple feet at a time just to build the prototypes but I dont want to build a prototype in .069" because it just turns into an anchor after its done.

Anyone who has solid information about where I can get this stuff.....please let me know.

Also, looking to upgrade my pipe bender.....anyone know of a good one for a realistic price? Will need all the various dies and that seems to be where they stick it to you.

 

Build your own dies, or have somone with a CNC mill build them for you, I drew up my own dies in solidworks and had a couple made, they worked great, but i sold them with my bender.
