Default Mounted Point?

what sort of mounted point is used for deburring aluminium. the ones i am using seem to stick to the material on the mounted point.

not sure what your talking about but ive used everything from a die grinder to the corner of a bench or table to deburr al tubing.

You mean the aluminum is sticking in your bit? If so, you can use some PB Blaster, WD40, etc on your bit and on the aluminum to keep the aluminum from getting stuck in there. If you are going to weld, you will either have to clean it up really well afterwards or just keep doing it the way you have been. You ARE using a non-ferrous bit, right? It's the style with the serrations farther apart....
