you need to give some more info on your motor, is it just a stock block with a stock head?
I would say something between 1.5" and 1.75" for the runners, 2.5" at the collector, but it's hard to say without some more info.

well this info is fro my buddie,
hes got skunk 2 cams, dont know what stage
fpr, p28 with crome : b20 vtec basemap
2 1/4 exhaust
