Default intake mani design.

hey i saw an intake design like bellow on this site once and the person linked to pages with more information on the calculations of the plenums and whatnot along with benefits. anybody have any more info or real pix of this style mani? this was a 2 sec ms paint drawing. the tb goes on the tapered plenum.

audi is a big fan\user of that design. they use it on most of there race engines.

there is a picture of a the intake manifold on the audi s1 pikes peak in that link. but if you do a search for audi racing you'll probably finde some usfull information.

ther audi IMSA GTO also use that kind of manifold, but i could not find any engine shots on that page.

thanks sir, any idea what the name of the design is? a company called Dahlbäck racing uses this design, but don't offer much info on it.
