i'm new to welding, help getting started
ok not brand new but a novice compared to 95% of you on here. i have some projects i want to get done that will require me to weld some stuff. ive got some exp with Mig welders, no exp with TIG and quite a bit with brazing (if that counts haha)
im looking to do some exhaust work, nothing too crazy so where a good place to start? mig? tig? gas, no gas? you get my point... can you recommend some some welders to me? Im currently living in the UK so i really cant use the 120v stuff. my largest transformer is only rated at 1000w RMS. Ill be buying from the US but i am limited to 70 pound due to shipping restriction. thanks!
