how much does it cost to...?
i wanted to know how much it cost to convert a 96 integ to the 98-01 front end...and can it be done in your garage or must be in a shop?thanks

Ummm, it takes no welding nor mods to convert up to a 98+ front end. Just bolts right on. 
Ermm, depends one how much you can get the headlights/bumper for.
