HELP QUICK! Bumper welding...

I need to get this bumper fixed and i am not sure if this bumper can be rubber welded or not. It is a 2002 civic ex. please respond or email me at phantastic44313@yahoo.com if you have an answer!

plastic welder. would work, jb weld would work. sand it down, bondo, sand it, paint it.

best bet is to buy a new bumper.
