help identify flange material

Default help identify flange material

Well I found this flange in my bag-o-**** that I figured I can practice tig with and make a new axle/muffler delete. Its a 3 bolt 3inch just not sure if its mild or stainless? Sorry pics arent the best. Thanks for any help.

Most stainless steels are not magnetic, mild steel is.
