5 bolt t25 turbine outlet flange with opening for wastegate...
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=863327
found that post, need the same thing as him. none of the sites listed in that thread have this flange except for possibly http://www.aptturbo.com. the only problem is that their site is not working when you click on 'shop' so i cant look at what they have. anyone know any other sites i can get one at? thanks.
this would suffice, but i cant weld stainless so i need the same in steel. i emailed them to see if they can reproduce it in regular steel but no response yet:

That ATP flange was made for VWs and I can tell you that it's the best design. Since the 5 bolt flange has the internal gate flap inside, you don't want to block that discharge from it. That unit is THE best discharge for the T25 flange. I know tons of people that swiched to that V-Band unit after having horrible results with others.
ATP used to do only VW stuff, but now they are expanding to other car manufactors, so their site is being bogged down, and knowing ATP, it will take them FOREVER to get it back up. Just give them a call 510.445.1682

Re: 5 bolt t25 turbine outlet flange with opening for wastegate... (nebulight)
yeah i agree that is the best design, short of a divorced flange setup...
atp didnt make the one i have pictured if thats what you are reffering to? it is made by forced performance (www.forcedperformance.net). but yeah, my only problem is that i cant use stainless steel since im not welding with any gas. only using flux core so im limited to mild steel otherwise i would be on this in a second. anyways, ill call apt tommorow... thanks for the reply, hope some more people post otherwise ill just link this to welding/fab.
edit: n/m, i thought you were talking about the picture i had up. i see what you are talking about now.

Why would you weld to that, it's a V-Band, just get a mild steel vband flange and weld it to your DP, and ta-da, your done.

lol i was talking about welding the flange that i had posted up. vband is $$, im poor as **** lol. i may just end up using my old z down pipes and just gutting the precats out of them for a temporary exhaust setup. depends on how much space i have though because those damn things are huge.

I'm TOTALLY with you on that one...lol. I had to make a turbo kit, make butt loads of power, then sell the kit for more than what it cost me just so I could keep the car.
