So Fuel Cells aren't that automotive related yet for the vast majority of us, but this definitely falls under fabrication. Let me know what you think of the SolidWorks Drawings, this was my first time using SolidWorks to actually build an assembly rather than just playing around with the pre-school level tutorials.

One example, but unfortunately the actual leader in R&D in FC's for passenger cars is GM and with that highly probably bankruptcy coming along expect the program to be canned to focus on Volt 'style' projects. Also Ballard Power Systems, #2 in R&D also dropped the vehicle segment due to it lacking "a clear future beyond Corporate test beds." So yes Honda has a car but even the FCX is a cool 7 figures lease aside; but I'd still kill to have one

I did enjoy James May's review of the Clarity for Top Gear, probably will have to sit down to watch that again later.

 

yeah gm attacked this at the beginning of the cobalt i believe. honda just has a little bit more going for them.

have they made the fcx publicly available?

 

Its a corporate lease, $600 a month and you are a test mule for Honda. At the end of the lease, car goes back to Honda and this is for CA only. I can't remember how many are on the road though off hand.
