Default flanges for an a series

i'm looking for someone that sells both intake manifold flanges and exhaust manifold flanges for the old a20 motors... i want to build a header and an intake manifold as my first engine related automotive welding projects, and i already have 3 a-series motors in my back yard that i can play with...

in short, where can i get intake side and exhaust side flanges for an a20... google gave me nothing...

GM Shaun has a pretty nasty one that's being run off a GM ecu, i don't think he's a member on here though.

it's a burgandy accord 2 door, 5 speed...with a boosted, non-intercooled A20. seems to get he job done pretty nicely. i got to ride in it when i was up in Cinncinatti a while back

yeah, i used to collaberate with him on projects... too bad accrod central went down the tubes...

i never did think to get in touch with him... i don't think any of his contacts have flanges, though... i don't remember him offering them nor the completed parts... worth a shot, though...

he cut down stock flanges...

and BmCRace.com, i think i'll take you up on the offer when i get everything in line to get the project rolling... the exhaust gasket is 3 pieces, so i'll probably just send a cut down manifold...

thanks guys

i dont think he cut down stock flanges. I would have noticed that when we removed the manifold from his car. If you can get ahold of him he might still have some of this **** in laying around. last time i was over ther he had all kinds of stuff laying around.

So are we talking about the old A series like in the second generation Prelude Si's? 2.0 pgmfi? if so...I want some details on some of these cars you guys are talking about, Because I worshipped my '86 Prelude Si because I thought it had a sweet motor. I literally tried to blow the motor up because the car's body was going down the drain and I couldn't do it. I always thought that motor would be insane if it was turbocharged.

homemadeturbo.com is down

aaron weir runs weir racing. his email is

email him for flanges, i think they are 20.00 for a first time run of an exhaust flange, and i know he can do aluminum intake flanges.
