Ive searched and found some really helpfull threads on some ideas and theories but i would appreciate it if some one could give me exact measuremnets and materials of what i need to make a CM and traction bars for my EF hatch.Its very hard for me to find time to do it myself b/c of work and the weather

 

how about not using the time that you apparently dont have to search and buy the Full-Race traction bar.

 

ouch... yea its true that w/ no time to even measure u might find it hard to make the bars at all.
