diversion 180 issues
Hey guys um hoping somebody here might be able to help me.
I have a diversion 180 tig welder, i am trying to weld 1.5" .120 steel tubing.
The issue I am having is when i try to weld, say im running at 120amps it will only give me 43 amps or 57 amp or 61amps, a random amperage
it doesnt do this every time, but recently it has been most of the time.
my only thought to this was the cold, its about 40*f here, would the cold cause this? this has happened in the summer also, but never this often

See if you get the same problem using the foot pedal as well as the hand control (if you have the hand control, they discontinued it awhile back)
If you have an issue using both then it's an internal issue.
