Custom battery tie downs?
I've gotten an optima battery finally and when i relocate to the trunk, the bungee cords are not following. I don't want just a bland tie down, but rather something you know, "cool"
I'm considering either finding a CF one, or a OEM powered by honda one (that's my fallback), or one engraved that says something like EF-9 or something.
I'd assume a machine shop could tackle that task? I'm actually going to go into industrial design hopefully myself, but haven't had any drafting classes yet. Anyone care to shed some light?
I know it's "bling" but it's a fabrication thing, so I'd asusme I can post here.

Ah, yeah, being in the school helps.
You happen to know a guy named John Robertson? Saw your location when it was "Disgusta", he's from there.

It depends, I know johns, don't recognize the last name, what he drive?
Well, to keep this a factual thread of mine if/when i find time I'll learn how to do the autocad and drive down to GT to make this thing a reality. Might have to make one in plastic first, or wood, then go from there.

1984 CJ7, Maroon, real beat to hell. Tall, Scottish fellow, usually bald, would have graduated high school year before you.
