Default CLEAN

not much of a fab or welding questiong .but dunno were to post ..

how can u get brake fluid res and power steering res and coolant over flow tanks looking new-er again .. that plastic seems to always turn yellow . any cleaners . i thought i heard once that bleach would make it whiter . but dunno ..stupid question but it just makes a engine bay looke like garbage ..

not fab related but....you can take them off and flush with brake clean or the like. That will get any sludge out but I dont think you can ever un-yellow plastic like that. Best bet is to buy new ones.

i used simple green and a coarse sand in my radiator overflow bottle on my accord... it's still yellowed, but at least it looks a whole lot better...
