Changing spools for MIG??

Do I loose the wire that is in the gun, when I swap out for a new spool? That's 6 ft of wire... Thanks.

thats waste wire at the end of the spool.

...or tie up stuff around the shop. It's great for hanging stuff when you paint too.

Cut 1" at the tip to make sure the wire is mice then rewind it onto the spool. No wire loss at all. Just be careful to keep it tighly wound on the spool.
