Default Buying stainless

I'm just curious as to where you guys get your stainless piping from. I'm going to make my charge pipes out of stainless U bends so Ive been looking for some piping. Also this will be my first time welding stainless. Is it really easy to burn through? I will be using a stick welder. Do yall have any suggestions? Thanks
