Built Another Manifold
Not bad ONLY IF that is one of your first few maniolds made. Work on rhythm/consistency with your weldpool/heat/and when adding filler rod to it.
I could continue, but seems you are just beginning, so i say... NOT BAD

Do you weld it up with everything tacked together or do you take each runner off? Also do you have any issues with the runners warping? if so what do you do to combat it
Looks good though. Keep up the good work

seems like your a bit jumpy with your welds u need to slow down and concentrate on gettin the pool right and consistent so there is not such a gap appearance in the welds. looks good to me still tho good job

dave heat looks about right judging by the HAZ and if it were cold wouldnt it be raised like its just laying on th metal and not look undercut? if anything he needs more filler and needs to work on consistancy.
keep it up and take your time.. its not a race, yet.

they are'nt really undercut but just not filled out all the way. Your heat might be low but i bet its your speed he is seeing a problem with . Consistency comes with practice keep at it. I like it
