My roommate just wrecked his 95 VX with a JDM H22A. Was hit in the back so the engine is still fine. No issues with the car, it's FAST.

Comes with AEM Short Ram, transmission, header to b-pipe, axles, ECU with Hondata S200, intake manifold, throttle body, HASport mounts, etc etc. Everything you need for a complete swap. Can also include the shifter mechanism and linkage with DC Sports short shifter kit.

OBD 2 I believe. I can check for you tomorrow. Any way I can tell just from looking at it? He's not here for me to ask ATM.
