VIP-12MM extreme low offset 1st gen TL (all new parts, price reduced 10/11)
THE CONDENSED FACTS:
1. Price: 7500.00 firm firm firm bottom dollar
2. Mileage:140k chassis, 80k motor, 3k suspension/brakes/wheels
3. Color, Transmission-auto or manual, Navi? Satin Black, automatic, no navigation
4. Reason for selling:too many cars not enough parking spots
5. Location: Middletown Ohio
6. Pictures:Yes, posted below
7. Are you the first owner? No bought car Acura certified used with under 40k miles.
8. Title information:Clear title. Owned by myself, no bank note.
9. VIN (would be nice to have but I can understand that some people do not want to publicly post this):Can provide vin to interested parties

11. Service record:built, serviced, and maintained by myself. mobil 1 10w30 fully synthetic every 3k miles with oem acura oil filters. change trans fluid every 10k. fully coolant every other year

I hate to do so, however i have come to the decision to let my tl go.
The car will include all items and i am NOT NOT NOT INTERESTED in parting it out.
Asking price is 13k as it sets and I will also accept TRADES for = value STOCK cars. I am not interested in someone elses project with someone elses fab work so i am sorry to say, but i am not interested in trading this for any sort of modified car.
Heres the details.
Purchased with 36k miles from Superior Acura, Cincinnati Ohio as a certified lease return. Owned, garaged, serviced and maintained since purchase date with EXTREME knowledge of this particular platform and engine/car.
Currently this car has around 140k on the chassis, however id have to say the mileage is unknown because i have replaced the stock cluster with an optitron cluster from a jdm saber at around 138k. This car is RARELY driven and all parts are nearly brand new with under 3k miles since they have been installed. This car sits in my garage on jack stands under a cover (guarded by high velocity firepower for those theives out there lurking).
Interior parts
1. Optitron saber ua3 gauge cluster. 1200 dollar factory option only one ive EVER seen fabbed into usdm ua3.
2. Momo Monte carlo zebrano wood steering wheel with SRR road race 4 inch hub spacer and cruise control rewired to shift gate panel.
3. 07 RSX Type S tan leather front seats (will give you stock ua tl seats out of the car also, just worn out)
4. s2000 titanium shift **** and 04 rl chrome shift gate
5. 01 integra gsr cd player and factory stereo
6. 50% front driver windows, 50% entire windshield, 5% rear sides and rear windshield tint professionally installed
Rest of the interior is not bad, The carpet has a few small stains here and there and car includes trimmed down 04 rl floor mats instead of the worn out tl ones.
Exterior
1. Inspired Motorsports full urethane lip kit. This company is not even around anymore, this is the ONLY urethane kit made for a ua3 and is nearly impossible to locate.
2. Access Japan JDM saber rear deck lip spoiler
3. Black Housing painted usdm headlights
4. Smoked front markers, smoked usdm tail lights
5. Smoked ua3 jdm side markers
6. Smoked ua3 jdm visors with all clips
7. Inspired motorsports urethane front grill
8. No rust, few dings and dents as any 11 year old car will include
9. ALL OEM BODY. This car has no cheap aftermarked junk. Its all oem acura panels.
10. Work VS-XX 19x8.5,19x9.75 custom made wheels.(over 5500$ less than 1500 miles of use) . Powder coated black wrinkle with electroplated gold lips and blox gold extended gold lug nuts. -12mm rear offset, +28 front(will fit up to 20x10 -28mm offset rear with adjustment of control, toe, and
11. Nearly brand new falken fk452 225 35 19 tires
12. Clean body currently sprayed SEM Trim Black. New owner can paint this car their own color and have their own contributuions to the car perhaps?
13. ls430 oem hid headlights and ballasts.
Suspension and brakes
1. Brand new nsx calipers
2. Brand new carbotech brake pads
3. Brand new legend gs thick front rotors (brembo blanks)
4. Newer master clyinder and booster
5. 2000 mile old custom length koni yellows.(do not make them for this car, had to have them special made from accord kit
6. Ground control custom coilover kit with 400lb rear 450 lb fronts, handles like its on rails and still has smooth ride
7. Megan racing adjustable toe arms, lower control arms, and rear lower tie bar.
8. SPC extreme adjustable upper control arms. Rear suspension is dialed in with 0 toe and -1 degree of camber. Fully adjustable wherever you want it.
9. Custom hand fabricated rear hubs using the parts i will disclose to you when you buy. Allows you to run off the shelf rear rotors and pads and run down to a -28mm offset rear wheel to gain fitment for aggressive rear wheels.
Engine and trans.
I have removed my built engine from this to replace it with a stock engine. The engine in the car has estimated 80k miles with 0 issues, runs clean and smooth with 0 engine lights and still gets 25mpg depending on highway or city. Routinely change oil with mobil 1 10w30 fully synthetic and oem honda filters.
Transmission is estimated to have around 55k miles. Replaced with torque converter and has 0 issues or problems. Shifts smooth as butter.
This car has no issues, its garaged as i mentioned and i drive it rarely on like sunny fridays and stuff. Ive recently invested around 5500 in the wheels, another 2500 in the suspension, and close to 1300 in the kit and grill. As i mentioned, this car has had nearly all moving parts in the suspension/brakes recently replaced with less than 3k miles on the entire setup as a whole and has been exposed to 1 rain drizzle, so the stuff is literally almost brand new.
There are no cv axle groans, no iffy transmission shifting, no warped rotors, no blown struts, none of that garbage to worry about.
The only issues the car has are.
1. Drivers window sometimes rattles on frame of window track.
2. rear seats/door panels are in need of reupholstry and have some snags
3. rear door panel has some small snags on it.
4. AC needs to be recharged.
I may be forgetting items and will add to the add if i remember any details. If you have any offers please post them within this thread. Keep the critic comments and mouthing off to a minimum, i just am here to sell the car and so forth, not battle with some teenager about why i didnt spend 5000 on a paint job. This car was already FULLY approved and approved by John Wong for a shoot in superstreet magazine that i procrastonated on in order to try to finish my other car to take pictures of the two together. I cant even imagine how much ive invested in this car in time and research for the hard to find parts, nor do i want to. I am willing to let it go for 13k OBO for the entire package and any parts i have for it you can have as well. Couple sets of stock wheels and tires, stock suspension... Whatever you need. Ive seen modified jdm 98 civics sell for 10-15k, and this car was a 35k dollar car new in 1998 not 16k or whatever a civic hatchback with vynal seats and a 200hp engine costs

Thanks for the compliments. Tried to be as orig as possible with every concept on it. I can assure whoever buys this car, you will NEVER see another one like this which is why i picked an older body style that isnt as popular.
