Default Y7 reliability under load?

Hi all im generally new to cars and am looking at getting my first turbod car. 1998 civic d16y8 build. Everything looks solid not super rusty, 2000 miles on the engine build, but im worried the Y7 transmission wont hold up much longer before having issues because it has at least 200k miles. It was swapped off another build previously, too, and he claims its still solid and the old transmissions can take a beating but i cant help but question it

anyone with more knowledge have anything to say? 200k feels like a lot of mileage to only have a new clutch and throwout bearing even with good maintenance
