Need some advice -
I just changed the oil in my car. After I drove about 40 total miles on the freeway when i came to a junction. I downshifted into second (30mph) to slow down and get around the bend, but when I straightend out and gave it some gas to go, the engine revved to about 6k but the car didnt go anywhere. Clutch was all the way out and when the car did decide to start accelerating, my rpm droped down to 3k. When I exited the freeway, it was still acting up for about 10 more miles then went back to normal. Not sure what happened? I want to prevent anything before it gets worse. Engine is bone stock except for SRI.

im sure i was in second because when i let off a little it slows down my car and engine rpms shoot.

ok so its not anything to do w/ my recent oil change.. will drive again tonight and we will see if it still repeats
