Using GM syncromesh to stop 3rd gear grinding???
Pretty much tried everything from new clutch, to slave, master cylinder, and new trans oil and 3rd gear still grinds at 3.5k rpm and up. Heard some great stuff about GM syncromesh modified and I'd rather try that than a full trans rebuild. Does it work right away? Does it really stop grinding? Feedback will be very much appreciated.
In your situation GM Synchromesh would be a temporary band-aid. It's good stuff though, I've been using it for years in my b16 tranny, gsr, now lsd gsr tranny.
I actually have been using pennzoil synchromesh lately, which can be found cheap at your local auto zone.
Try searching.

It's and lsd b16 hydro trans, never grinded with previous owner (I know this because he's my friend and I got to race his car before with no grinds). All of a sudden, in my car, it grinds first thing going down the street? Could it be the linkage in my car?
I use the pennzoil synchromesh, alot cheaper and as far as I know is the same thing. I put it in my tranny for a 3rd gear grind at high rpm, within 2 weeks the grind was eliminated completely, this stuff is great for 6 bucks!!
Crimsonghost666, did it still grind withing the two weeks? And how bad was your trans before you put the new fluids? Mines grinded at about 3-3.5k rpm. I put in the syncromesh today and it goes all the way up to 4.5k rpm without grinding. I'm hoping it'll get better in the next couple weeks.

It is a band-aid. To fix the problem it will likely take a sleeve assembly.
Honda MTF, GM Synchromesh, and Pennzoil Synchromesh aren't good fluids to use unless you drive the car like a grandma and have no power. They're 5w-30 and 10w-30 needs to be used.
