b16 tranny problem
i have a b16 tranny that grinds third gear. Is there any fluid that would help stop the grinding? Also if there isnt, would it cost more to rebuild and put LSD in the trans or just buy a new one? Post SOME INPUT PLEASE!

Most common problem ever. I wish I owned a 3rd gear factory.
Your 3-4 slider is probably trash if it grinds every time, and probably 3rd gear too, and maybe synchros. take it apart and look, or have someone else do it, who knows what they are looking at. All the parts mentioned above are around 300$. I just replaced them myself in my box. read the tranny tutorial, by Honda Bull I think, on here.
