Default Transmission issues

So my transmission died on my 2004 Honda Civic LX 1.7l automatic- car has 210k miles besides the transmission I have literally rebuilt the whole car.. I don’t know much about transmissions or what I should do car is on neutral no matter what I do it doesn’t move-cold start you can hear grinding until it gets warm. Should I try to swap it? Or find out if it can be rebuilt? What transmission should I get? The bar code on the transmission reads “BMXA-80042704PMXAA0” any advice would be greatly appreciated.
