Default P1705

After replacing the shifter the shift cable and the NSS. I've come to the conclusion that moisture or rainwater is entering my neutral safety switch. I get the blinking D4 in the morning and after a little bit of driving and restarting the car it goes out for the rest of the day. I'm guessing it dried up. 1999 Honda Civic LX what do you call the components to keep the water out underneath? Apparently there should be some kind of rubber boot and maybe a metal shield? And I think I'm missing both parts. Can anyone tell me what these parts are called and possibly who sells them? Thank you
If I'm in the wrong sub forum please don't just kick my post out please tell me where this should be posted thank you
