I have a 1996 honda accord 2.2l vtec Started a couple weeks ago now won't go into drive at all replaced vehicle speed sensor still won't move I don't believe the tranny is fully out I just don't know why it won't shift auto zone says it's my input shaft speed sensor I don't even what it looks like

The input speed sensor can be seen by removing the front right wheel and look at the bottom right of the transmission from the wheel well. Inspect for damage to the connector and the wiring harness. This is an electrical code, which means the wiring, sensor, or the TCM is at fault. It is one of the first 2 based on experience.
Your transmission will stay in limp mode until you correct it. If the car fails to move at all, that is an oil level/filter/pump output problem.
